If your product is not covered by this limited warranty, we offer repair services at set fees. Our repair process generally takes 4-6 weeks from the date your product is received. If you do not wish to have your product repaired, we will return your product to you, at your expense.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY
KWONN warranty obligations for the product you have purchased from our website are limited to the terms set forth in this document. KWONN warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for One Year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through authorized sellers KWONN.CO
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by KWONN within the Warranty Period, at its option, KWONN will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. If the product arrives with a defect and a valid claim is received by KWONN, please contact us immediately.
KWONN does not warrant against normal wear and tear after a certain use such as: fray, chips, peels, and rips in the materials, stains by outward force, and cosmetic damage of the product which do not impair the functionality of the product.
If your product is replaced during the Warranty Period, it will be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of shipment of the replaced product.
This limited warranty does not apply to products sold as used, refurbished or reconditioned or products sold for more than 30% off standard retail price offered on our website.
